David Brein is Chief Executive Officer of the Company and is also a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Prior to the founding of Scanz, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Healthcare Producers Inc., President of Gateway Information Company, President of Western International Sales Corporation, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brein-Warsky Associates.

Sheldon Saltman, the Company's President, is also a co-founder and Director. A pioneer in the embryo cable, pay-per-view, home video and cellular industries, during his 40 year career, Mr. Saltman has served in various aspects of the telecommunications industry. He was the Vice Chairman of International Communications Technologies, Inc, President of U.S. Personal Telephone, co-owner/ President of MC Associates and President/CEO of SS Telecom, created a Home Shopping Network in Japan, President of 20th Century Fox Sports Division, Executive Vice President of 20th Century Fox Telecommunications, Vice President of Advertising, Promotion, Market Research, and Publicity for MCA-TV, was a member of the Boards of Directors of Prism Entertainment, Hollywood Home Theater, Fanfare PAY-TV, Choice Channel, and International Communications Technologies.

Michael McLees is the company's Executive Vice President, co-founder and Director of the company. As a television production executive, he has provided his expertise for many global entertainment specials and sporting events including Live Aid, the Olympics Host Broadcast, the Goodwill Games Host Broadcast, the 1996 Republican National Convention and the America's Cup Host Broadcast.

Sidney Tessler is the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a Director. He has worked for more than 30 years as a C.P.A. and Business Manager to Stars and Loan Out Corporations in both TV and films. After Price Waterhouse, Mr. Tessler was a partner in a top entertainment industry CPA firm for 27 years, before starting his own company five years ago.
