The following sets forth the members of the Company's Aviation Advisory Board:

Pino Giuseppe Baldassarre is currently the Vice President Sales & Marketing as well as Operations for Intellikey Corporation, with responsibilities for the creation of key global markets for international product distribution. With 18 years experience in the field of electronic and mechanical security systems, Mr. Baldassarre contributed to new business start ups, both as a CEO and a Senior Vice President utilizing a wide range of strategic marketing programs. His major accomplishments have included strategic alliances with Yale Security, Williams PLC, Tyco, ADT, ADI and Honeywell.
Mr. Baldassarre's fluency in languages, including Italian, Spanish and French resulted in his working for the US Defense Department for NSA in Italy in the early 1980's. His extensive international education led to his working in Security for the Attorney General of British Columbia, Canada, as well as being a Member of the International AAAE Technical Committee (Airport Security Committee).

Lawrence J. Bujak, currently CEO of LJB Associates and ARI Solutions has nearly three decades experience in providing Bus-Dev, Mar-Com, and technical support services for the integrated building systems industry. By implementing Professional Services Contracts with manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users, Mr. Bujak provides product requirements & analysis, system design, risk assessment, and program management for multi-faceted security, access control, and fire/life safety building systems. As Director of Bus-Dev for Lockheed Martin from 1993-96, his clients included National & International Fortune 100 Corporations, US Federal Government & State Government Agencies, Universities, DOD, DOE, and Foreign Governments.

Kristina L. Dores Since 1998, Ms. Dores has acted as Assistant Airport Manager for McClellan-Palomar Airport - a commercial airport in Southern California which operates the busiest single runway in the United States. Ms. Dores previously performed contract administration and audit/fraud investigation roles for the Air Transport Association (1980-89), and subsequently as Operations Supervisor and Senior Staff Assistant for the Port of San Diego (San Diego International Airport, 1989-96). Consulting to the County of San Diego - Airports in a successful effort to obtain commercial certification for McClellan-Palomar Airport (1996), Ms. Dores was selected as the Security Program Manager for the installation of the $4 Billion Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) International Airport project (1997-98) assisting the Chief Security Engineer in project management and design. Ms. Dores academic credentials include graduate and undergraduate degrees in public administration and business with emphases in aviation management; graduate work co-sponsored by the governments of Mexico, Spain and the Philippines; and professional certifications by US Department of the Treasury (DOT), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and others in the fields of fraud, financial investigation and emergency response management.

Oris W. Dunham, Jr. Currently, Mr. Dunham is CEO of Aergo Aviation Partners, one of the premiere international aviation consulting and development firms. For 6 years prior, Mr. Dunham served as the first Director General of the Airport Council International (ACI) based in Geneva, Switzerland. Over his career he has also served as Executive Director of the Dallas/ Ft. Worth International Airport, Deputy Executive Director of the Los Angeles Dept. of Airports and Director of Aviation overseeing Sea-Tac International Airport for the Port of Seattle. Mr. Dunham has also served as Chairman of both the Airport Association’s Coordinating Council (AACC) and the Airport Operators Council International (AOCI). He is a past President of the International Northwest Aviation Council and Chairman of the Washington State International Tourism Committee. He is also a member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and a member of the US FAA Industry Task Force on Airport Capacity Improvement & Delay Reduction.

Tom Gleeson is currently Vice President of Market Development for SunPark, Inc., where he is currently responsible for the development of managed services and marketing strategic alliances division and the rapid growth of the company.

After starting his career developing and owning "Amoco Oil Co." service stations, he then became Regional Vice President of "Snappy Car Rental" in Oklahoma, eventually becoming responsible for 72 locations covering ten states. Tom joined "SunPark Inc.", directing Sunpark's strategic marketing and operation of the Marriott and Renaissance Hotels and the largest airport parking sites in the country.

Mary Rose Loney Prior to forming her aviation consulting practice, The Loney Group, in 2000, Mary Rose Loney was the Commissioner of Aviation for the Chicago Airport System, including O'Hare International and Midway Airport, as well as Meigs Field. In that capacity she directed all airport operations, fiscal affairs and capital development for the Airport System. Ms. Loney is an accredited airport executive with 22 years of professional airport management experience at major U.S. airports. In addition to Chicago's airports, Ms. Loney managed Philadelphia International Airport and was the Deputy Director of Dallas Fort Worth, San Jose and Albuquerque International Airports.
