The
following sets forth the members of the Company's Strategic
Advisory Board:
Ric
Birch served as Director of Production for many
international events, including the 1984 Los Angeles
Olympics. As Vice President of ceremonies, he produced
and was completely responsible for the 2000 Sydney Olympic
games opening and closing presentations.
Rodney
Coleman The Honorable Rodney A. Coleman is a partner
in the Government Consulting firm of Alcade & Fay,
was Assistant Secretary of the Air Force. He accepted
his appointment after fourteen years as a Senior Executive
with General Motors with expertise in urban and minority
affairs, as well as municipal and federal government
relations.
Peter
George, former Vice-Chairman/CEO of Hilton Group
PLC resigning in September 2000, also serves on the
Boards of Directors of Hilton Hotels Corporation, US
Airways Group and Magna Entertainment Corporation.
Jeff
Gleckman has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of TECH-NI-COMM since 1983, has 20 years of experience
in E-commerce. Mr. Gleckman is one of the foremost pioneers
in the world of wireless distribution.
Martin
Groothuis, A Member of the California State Bar
Association and the New York Bar Association, Mr. Groothuis
was a Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for
nearly twenty years for International Creative Management
in Los Angeles, and a former Vice President of Business
Affairs for Fox Television. For the past several years,
Mr. Groothuis has been in private practice, working
in the area of Transactional Entertainment law.
Clair
Higgins created the first self-contained mobile
television truck, which is used for instantaneously
breaking news stories and spots events, founded and
for 25 years was Chief Executive Officer of VTE.
Michael
Keller Vice-President, Football Operations XFL,
was involved in the formation of the World Football
League, which today is NFL Europe.
The
Honorable Jack Kemp, 1996 Republican Vice Presidential
Nominee, is the former Chairman of the National Commission
on Economic Growth and Tax Reform, as well as Secretary
of Housing and Urban Development,(HUD). He was a nine
term Congressman and currently sits on the Board of
Directors of Habitat for Humanity and Oracle. He is
also co-founder and serves on the Board of Directors
of Empower America.
Mary
Rose Loney Prior to forming her aviation consulting
practice, The Loney Group, in 2000, Mary Rose Loney
was the Commissioner of Aviation for the Chicago Airport
System, including O'Hare International and Midway Airport,
as well as Meigs Field. In that capacity she directed
all airport operations, fiscal affairs and capital development
for the Airport System. Ms. Loney is an accredited airport
executive with 22 years of professional airport management
experience at major U.S. airports. In addition to Chicago's
airports, Ms. Loney managed Philadelphia International
Airport and was the Deputy Director of Dallas Fort Worth,
San Jose and Albuquerque International Airports.
The
Loney Group was founded with a targeted focus on planning,
developing and improving commercial airport operations,
facilities and services. The Loney Group also creates
strategic partnerships with reputable industry firms
to provide customized professional services on a project
specific basis. In addition to her practice, Ms. Loney
also lectures on aviation issues at universities and
colleges including Cornell, Purdue, The Wharton School

Richardson
R. Lynn is the Dean and Professor of Law at Pepperdine
University School of Law, where he currently teaches
Copyright Law. The author of four books, Dean Lynn has
served as an associate editor of Litigation, the journal
of the American Bar Association's litigation section
for five years. He is admitted to practice before the
U.S. Supreme Court as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal
for the 5th, 6th and Federal Circuits.
John
Mackey, Vice Chair and President of Advocates Group,
a national pre-paid legal service, was Vice President
of the William Morris Agency, Chairman of the National
Board of Advisors of the Community for Education Foundation.
Mr. Mackey is a member of the NFL Hall of Fame.
Michael
(Mike) F. O’Hara holds the distinction of
having pioneered more college, professional and Olympic
sporting endeavors than any other individual in history.
He is deeply involved in the international Olympic movement.
During the 1984 Olympics he negotiated every television
contracts and was the Executive in Charge of all 23
Olympic sports.
Glenn
Schaeffer is President/CFO for Mandalay Resort Group
(NYSE:MBG), is a member of the Executive Committee of
the Board of American Gaming Association and served
two terms as Chairman of the Nevada Resort Association.
He also sits on the Board of Directors of Del Webb Corporation,
the country's leading developer of lifestyle communities.
Sande
Stewart is the President of Stewart Television.
An Emmy Award winning Executive Producer, Mr. Stewart
has been creating and producing Network Television shows
for over 25 years with 30 programs on the air, including
The Price Is Right for CBS. Currently, Mr. Stewart has
Hollywood ShowCase on PAX and Inquizition on Sony's
Game Show Network. He is currently developing a program
for NBC.
Daniel
W. Yoder, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of the High
Mountain Group has significant experience in the wireless
communications, semiconductor, EDA, Internet and consumer
electronics industries.
